This 2 day workshop by Alesandro Olla will cover ways of listening, gathering sounds and various creative strategies for composing using FIELD RECORDINGS.
Alessandro will cover ways of listening, recording and gathering sounds to use it a part of a larger strategy for artistic, musical or other creative use. The workshop will also cover collecting multichannel, ambisonic recordings and playback of these recordings.
The workshop will take place at (Art)ScienceBLR, the public laboratory at Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology. The workshop if Free and Open to the public. Please use the following link to register. Registration is limited to 10 and will end when sign-ups are full.
